MetroVerse ("we", "our", "the app") is a transit management game developed for Android and Web platforms. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Data stored locally on your device:

Game save data - Your game progress, stations, lines, trains, coins, and score. Stored in localStorage/device storage. Never sent to any server.
Preferences - Language selection, music toggle, auto-save setting, cosmetic skin selections. Stored locally.
Purchase records - Which in-app purchases you have made. Stored locally and managed by Google Play.

Data collected by third-party services:

Google Play Billing - When you make an in-app purchase, Google processes the transaction. We do not store your payment information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising - If you have not purchased "Remove Ads", rewarded advertisements may be shown. Ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data. You can opt out by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal identification.
We do not require account creation or login.
We do not track your location.
We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
We do not send any game data to external servers.

4. In-App Purchases

MetroVerse offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases (train skins, map themes, line styles, icon packs) and a "Remove Ads" option. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not handle or store any payment card information. Purchases are non-consumable and tied to your Google account.

5. Advertising

The free version of MetroVerse may display rewarded advertisements (opt-in video ads for in-game rewards). Ad providers may use device advertising identifiers. You can remove all ads permanently by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase ($2.99).

6. Children's Privacy

MetroVerse is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require any personal information to play.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

All game data is stored locally on your device. To delete all data:

Android: Settings > Apps > MetroVerse > Clear Data, or uninstall the app.
Web: Clear your browser's localStorage for the game URL.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
