Real Estate Mobile Manager: Agent CRM App

Real Estate Mobile Manager is a mobile CRM app I designed for real estate agents, brokerages and property managers. I built it so that an agent who spends the whole day in the field can keep their portfolio, listings and appointments organized from their phone. I, Berke Özyaşar, published the app on Google Play under my personal developer account.

The problem

A real estate agent's work is scattered across many channels: the portfolio in a spreadsheet, listings on different platforms, appointments in a calendar and short-term rentals in a separate notebook. The app aims to bring these pieces together in one place.

Features

Portfolio management: 9 property types (apartment, house, villa, land plot, shop, office, warehouse, building and farmland) with photos, video, price, features and location
Own and managed properties: keeping the agent's own properties separate from the ones they manage
Listings: for-sale, for-rent, business transfer and land share listings; the platforms a listing is published on, listing numbers and status tracking
Appointments: property viewings, client meetings and follow-ups; a 14-day calendar view with quick date selection
Short-term rentals: tracking short-stay rentals

Technical approach

I built the app with React Native. An agent spends most of the day away from the office, showing properties to clients, so it mattered that the app opens fast on the phone and information is only a few taps away. To make it usable one-handed in the field, I designed frequent actions to take as few steps as possible: adding a new property, updating a listing or creating an appointment takes just a few taps.
