Şantiyepro

Şantiyepro is a construction site management system that brings the day-to-day work of a job site into a single mobile app. It is designed so that everyone on site, from the site manager and subcontractors to technical office engineers and health and safety officers, works from the same records. It is our own product, developed by our team; I, Berke Özyaşar, work on the mobile and server side of the product.

The problem it solves

On a construction site, records are usually scattered across notebooks, Excel files and messaging groups. Timesheets live in one place, the site cash book in another, and progress photos stay on someone's phone. On top of that, there isn't always an internet connection on site. That is why we built Şantiyepro to be offline-first: data is stored on the phone first, and optional, role-based cloud sync kicks in whenever a connection is available.

What's inside

• 56 modules and more than 110 screens: site management, daily operations, finance, materials and equipment, quality control, official procedures and communication.
• Timesheets and crews: daily worker timesheets, crew and subcontractor tracking, automatic weekly and monthly reports.
• Cash and accounts: daily cash book, income and expense records, account transactions, cheque and promissory note tracking, progress payments.
• Work and materials: work progress records with photos, internal shipments, concrete pour and rebar tracking, purchasing.
• Health, safety and approvals: occupational health and safety records, plus digital signatures carrying GPS coordinates and a timestamp.
• WebPanel: access to the same data from a desktop.

Technical approach

We built the mobile app with React Native from a single codebase for iOS and Android; on Android, version 8.0 and above is supported. The server side runs on PHP and MariaDB. Status

Şantiyepro is live on Google Play and has been on the App Store since June 3, 2026 (announcement). It offers a free starter plan and in-app subscription options. The product site is at santiyepro.app.
